Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, It normally costs £20 however we offer free delivery within the UK on all rug orders
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your order same day or next day... you'll receive your rug within 1-3 working days.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched you will then receive a tracking link and reference number via email.
Can I receive my item to a collection point?
We usually deliver to your home address, but contact us if you'd like a collection point — we'll arrange it.
Do you deliver to another country?
Please contact us before ordering to check the possibility of delivering to your chosen country.

Can I return a rug if I change my mind?
Of course! You can return the rug within 32 days in its original condition for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Contact us through the website or email us. We’ll provide return instructions and sort it for you ASAP.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the rug, it takes 2–5 days to refund you through the original payment method.
